So, what is in the collection?
- Horchata - horchata’s main ingredient, rice and cinnamon are both widely used in south east asia. This flavor was inspired by trying to find similarities between Vietnamese Culture and Mexican Flavor.
- Blue Raspberry -
- Ube Coconut - Ube, also known as purple yam, is a unique and popular flavor, especially in Filipino cuisine. Its taste is distinct and can be described as follows, sweet, nutty, with vanilla-like undertones. This Filipino dessert is commonly consumed during the holidays.
- Apple Cider - the apple cider has been sourced locally from Homestead Farms in Poolesville, MD and Butler’s Farms. Apple cider especially in its hot and spiced form is deeply correlated with winter. Warm and comforting, perfect for cold winter nights.
- Pumpkin Pie - Pumpkin pie is a winter/holiday favorite particularly in the United States. Pumpkins are typically harvested in the fall making it the perfect ingredient for the Holiday celebrations in the fall and winter. The creamy spiced flavor of pumpkin pie is warm and comforting and can be very nostalgic to many.
- Green Apple & Pear
- Cookie & Cream - This flavor has been derived from everyone’s favorite ice cream flavor.
- Strawberry Lemon - we get it, this flavor is more reminiscent of the summertime. We will argue that it’s so delicious that it should be available year round.
- Apple Cinnamon
